Positive: The view, the beach were amazing The reception staff were friendly and were trying their best to solve problems.
Negative: The wifi was horrible, The elevator was scary and frequently out of service The food variety was poor Only one bar serving the whole hotel (another one near the pool, but close before sunset), queues to have a drink. One of the bar staff was rude to my wife while she was asking to have a specific drink; he ignored her and went to the next customer. I felt like the Staff is overloaded with jobs and the hotel should hire more staff to offer appropriate service for 5 stars hotel. In general, I didn't feel like I was in a 5-star hotel; it was hardly 4

Positive: The hotel is definitely not a 5-star hotel, we would rate it a maximum of 3 stars. We really liked the animator who worked with the kids — she was very engaged. Also, the hotel's animator Pasha was a really nice guy. We liked that there were activities at the hotel, such as basketball, football, table tennis, billiard (9€/1h ) and darts. The hotel surroundings were beautiful.
Negative: We were not happy with the room cleaning — or rather, the lack of it. We were there with a group of friends; our friends on the 5th floor had their rooms cleaned daily, while we and our friends on the 2nd floor had to constantly ask just to have the floors cleaned. During our 10-day stay, the floors were cleaned only after 5 days, and only because we insisted at the reception. The food was tasty, although the selection was small and quite repetitive. Some of the staff were not very friendly — especially the guy who was making omelets every morning; he always seemed annoyed. In our opinion, someone working in such a position should have a more positive attitude. On Booking it was stated that there is a heated pool, but unfortunately, all the pools.

Positive: Hotel Staff were absolutely so friendly could not do enough for us. Mehmet the reception manager was a true gentleman & was extremely helpful. Big shout out to Elein in reception always behind the desk with a Good Morning & our towels ready for the pool. Bar Staff also very good in bringing the drinks down to the tables for us.
Negative: Nothing.
Summary: Going to Turkey over 25 years the views & staff in this hotel where one of the best!

Negative: Firstly ...... the family room we had, did not give the impression of an hotel type of room. The duvet (bedding) on the bed was too small. Secondly...It was too crowded with all the "guests" having dinner/breakfast. It was more like a hostel type of accommodation than a hotel. Overall I can't compare or rate this type of accommodation with proper hotel type of accommodation, as we experienced on the rest of our journey in Turkey.
Summary: Our stay was not as comfortable as anticipated, looking at the hotel pictures. We were disappointed.
